Good News For Chelsea Fans: Sarri And Chelsea Officials Wants To Re-sign This Amazing 19-year-old Midfielder By January

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are credited with an interest in West Ham United starlet Declan Rice, who has become a central-midfield regular for the Hammers over the past two months, having come through the ranks as a central defender.

The 19-year-old has eight Premier League appearances under his belt this campaign and has featured 35 times in all in the top flight since making his debut on the final day of the 2016-17 campaign.

West Ham United have been unable to tie the three-cap Republic of Ireland international down to a new deal, however, with their latest offer of around £15,000 a week reportedly being knocked back in early September.

The Daily Mail claims that the Blues and Spurs could capitalise on the uncertainty by approaching next year.

Damian Rice has previously spent time on Chelsea’s books, but he was released at the age of 14 and joined city rivals West Ham.

It remains to be seen if Maurizio Sarri will sanction the transfer as he is well equipped in that position and the youngster will surely have limited minutes under Italian specialist.
